This oil helps me to relax and enables me to concentrate better. You should try this out especially if you get easily distracted.
I used to start meditation every new year and quit by the second week because I couldn’t focus as was required but this oil has helped me make the most out of my sessions by enabling me to relax and free my mind.
When I started meditation, I thought that it was supposed to end after a couple of weeks and make me a better person and when that didn’t work out I stopped. I just picked up again and I use this oil to keep me calm so I can get through each session because it is a lifestyle practice I am trying to cultivate.
I quit meditation last year because it was triggering memories of anger and they were really making me uncomfortable. I recently started meditating again with this oil to help me through it and now I am able to remain calm even when uncomfortable memories resurface.
This oil counteracts my impatience when I have meditation sessions and helps me complete each session.
Now I can follow through with directions on Meditation apps without feeling like I’m wasting my time.
