How, when to use?

Soak a piece of cotton with warm water, squeeze a few drops of oil onto it and gently brush eye makeup off. Use to cleanse the skin around the eyes.

Finally I can remove my lashes and eye shadow without tugging at my eyes until they are sore. All I have to do is put a few drops of it on a wet cotton swab and wipe off everything around my eyes.
